The floor bar is a form of ballet that provides multiple benefits both physically and mentally, using elements of classical ballet. It is a job in which elements of ballet are used, but by performing them on the floor we improve posture, strength, flexibility and, above all, joint mobility.
Friday: 18:30 to 19:30
In the bar to the floor class you will work on what is worked on the bar but on the floor, for better posture, better remembering the names of ballet movements and physical strengthening.
In the barbell on the floor, the floor is used as the limit of resistance of the exercises and serves, among other things, to establish the adequate, exact and precise alignment of the spine.
It is important that the steps are carried out in conjunction with the breathing, which allows not only better control of the body, but also, that the instruction is more effective.
Through this discipline, inspired by the movements of classical ballet, the deep connection with the muscles that perhaps had not been worked correctly or thoroughly enough is completed, since actions and elements such as force are united on the bar to the ground, the dynamic stabilization of the spine, the conditioning of the pelvic area and the inner thigh, offering an excellent and deep exercise session, mainly helping and facilitating the essential and necessary strengthening to maintain balance and control.
The abdominal strengthening, the effective use of the breath and the torso, work in accordance with the corporal balance.
